Cyrtophora citricola (Aranei, Araneidae) New to the Montenegro Fauna [Ïàóê-êðóãîïðÿä, Cyrtophora
citricola (Aranei, Araneidae), âïåðâûå îòìå÷åí â ôàóíå ×åðíîãîðèè]. – The orb-web spider
Cyrtophora citricola (Forsskål, 1775) (Aranei, Araneidae) has a wide tropical and subtropical Old
World distribution, with invasions to New World (Greater Antilles, Costa-Rica, Colombia). In East
Mediterranean area, it has been recently reported from Croatia, Albania, and Turkey. During a short
field trip, I found 2 } of this species in Montenegro: Budva, 4.08.2013 (leg. K. Mikhailov and
E. Temereva). Previousely, 102 spider species were known from this country (Deltshev, 1999). This
record adds a new species to the Montenegro spider fauna. – K. G. Mikhailov (Zoological Museum
of the Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia).
