Electrooptical properties of liquid crystal n-pentil-n´-cyanobifenil with J-aggregates of astrofloxine
It is shown that organic nanocrystallites - J-aggregates - can be formed and oriented in a liquid crystalline matrix. External electric field can reorient and destroy these nanocrystallites.
