Показано, що для підвищення ККД багатоперехідних фотоелектричних перетворювачів сонячної енергії з вертикальними діодними комірками (ВДК) на основі монокристалічного кремнію необхідна модернізація ВДК шляхом введення уздовж їх вертикальних Sі-границь одношарових рефлекторів з індій-олов'яного оксиду товщиною більше 1 мкм.
