Показано вплив градiєнта температури у твердiй фазi на утворення трiщин пiд час вирощування монокристалiв твердих розчинiв GaₓIn₁-ₓSb методом Чохральського. 3меншення осьового градiєнта температури у твердiй фазi dТ/dz до 15 K/cм i радiального dТ/dx до 5 K/cм дозволило витягувати монокристали без трiщин. Розраховано теплове поле у монокристалах твердих розчинiв Ga₀.₀₃In₀.₉₇Sb у процесi росту з використанням експериментальних значень градiєнтiв температури. Показано влияние градиента температуры в твердой фазе на трещинообразование при выращивании монокристаллов твердых растворов GaₓIn₁-ₓSb методом Чохральского. Уменьшение осевого градиента температуры в твердой фазе dТ/dz до 15 K/cм и радиального dТ/dx до 5 K/cм позволило вытягивать монокристаллы без трещин.
