Thermal Smearing of Infrared Pattern on the Surface of a Thin Film HTSC Bolometer

Purpose: The smearing of the temperature pattern formed on the surface of an HTSC thin film/substrate structure by incident IR radiation is studied. The purpose of the work is to measure the spatial and temporal parameters of thermal smearing of an IR image on the film surface.
