The journal accepts original papers not published or submitted for publishing elsewhere .
There is no paper processing charges or any other fees related to the journal publication .
The journal publishes papers in English and Ukrainian .
Authors must prepared:
1 . The manuscript in the Microsoft Word editor not more than 30 pages ( A4 size, font size 12, line spacing – 2) .
It should be send to usim@irtc .org .ua,savchenko_e@meta .ua . The pages must haves the numeration . The paper
should be structured as follows: Title, Authors, Introduction, Problem Statement, Purpose, Methods (if necessary),
Results, Conclusion, References, Grant/Financial support information .
2 . Short abstract (5-6 lines) in the language of the paper . Names of the authors, the manuscript’s title, key words
should be stated .
3 . The extended structured abstract containing the following sections: authors, title, introduction, purpose, results,
conclusion, keywords in Ukrainian . If you wish, the translation will be provided by the journal .
4 . References . The sources should be numbered according to their occurrence in the text and referenced by num-
bers using Harvard style .
5 . Author information for all authors, including: full name, academic degree and rank (if applicable), position,
affiliation, postal address of the organization, e-mail, ORCID or Research-ID .
6 . The corresponding author should provide a copy of the last page of the paper signed by all authors as their con-
sent for publishing and the licensing agreement signed by all authors (* .pdf , * .jpg) .
Paper processing
•The paper is screened by the Executive Editor and the Chief Editor for meeting the basic requirements and
checked for the plagiarism using Plagiarisma and other recommended services . The papers that passed screening are
assigned to the Editorial Board members for reviewing . The corresponding author is notified by the Executive Editor
within 3 working days whether the paper is accepted for the review .
•The paper is studied by two independent experts, at least one of them being a member of the Editorial Board, for
double- blind peer-review . They provide the Executive Editor their comments and recommendations to accept/reject
the paper according to the review form . The decision is made by the Editorial Board, which may request additional
review in case of controversy .
•The reviewing normally takes 3-4 weeks, and then the author is notified about the results and is provided with the
reviewers’ comments to be addressed in the final version of the paper . Detailed comments may be provided within the
text of the paper .
•If the author does not agree with the comments or cannot accomplish the final version within 2 weeks, he/she
should contact the Executive Editor who is responsible for coordination .
•The corresponding author is responsible for assuring that all his/her co-authors checked the final version and
signed the last page as their consent for publishing . A copy of the signed last page should be returned as a photo-copy
or a scanned copy by the email .
•Authors retain copyright and publishing rights without restrictions with an acknowledgement of the initial pub-
lication in this journal .

Журнал приймає оригінальні статті, що не були опубліковані або подані для публікації в інших
виданнях . Збори за обробку статті або інші збори, пов’язані з публікацією у журналі, не стягуються .
Журнал публікує праці англійською та українською мовами .
Автори подають до редакції:
1 . Рукопис у редакторі Microsoft Word не більше 30 сторінок (розмір А4, шрифт 12, міжрядковий
інтервал – 2) надсилають на адреси: usim@irtc .org .ua або savchenko_e@meta .ua . Сторінки мають бути
пронумеровані . Стаття має бути структурована, тобто містити розділи: назва, автори, вступ, постановка
проблеми, мета, методи (за необхідності), результати, висновки, довідкова інформація, інформація про
грант або фінансову підтримку .
2 . Коротку анотацію (5–6 рядків) мовою, на якій підготовлено статтю . Вказують прізвища авторів, назву
рукопису, ключові слова .
3 . Розширену структуровану анотацію до 2000 знаків (без пробілів), яка має містити такі розділи: автори,
назва, вступ, мета, результати, висновок, ключові слова:
• українською мовою для англійських статей;
• англійською мовою для українських статей .
Ви можете подати структуровану анотацію українською мовою – переклад буде надано журналом .
4 . Пристатейні посилання повинні бути пронумеровані відповідно до їх появи в тексті . Цей список у статті
або розширений англійський анотації має бути підготовлений з використанням гарвардського стилю .
5 . Інформацію про авторів, включаючи: повне ім’я, науковий ступінь та звання (за наявності), посаду,
місце роботи, поштову адресу організації – українською та англійською мовами, електронну пошту, ORCID
або Research-ID .
6 . Відповідальний автор повинен надати копію останньої сторінки документа, підписану всіма авторами
як їх згоду на публікацію, та ліцензійну угоду, підписану всіма авторами (* .pdf, * .jpg) .
7 . Автор самостійно визначає тематику статті .
Етапи обробки статті
• Надані матеріали перевіряються виконавчим редактором та головним редактором на відповідність
основним вимогам та на наявність плагіату . Роботи, які пройшли перевірку, передаються членам редакції на
рецензування . Виконавчий редактор протягом 3 робочих днів повідомляє відповідального автора про те, чи
матеріал прийнятий до рецензування .
•Документ вивчається двома незалежними експертами для подвійної сліпої рецензії, принаймні один
з них є членом редакційної колегії . Вони надають виконавчому редактору свої зауваження та рекомендації
щодо прийняття або відхилення статті, оформивши належним чином рецензію . Рішення приймає редак-
ційна колегія, яка може вимагати додаткового розгляду статті у разі суперечки .
•Рецензування зазвичай триває 3-4 тижні, після чого автору повідомляється про результати та надається
коментарі рецензентів, які мають бути розглянуті в остаточній версії статті . Детальні коментарі можуть бути
надані в тексті статті .
• Якщо автор не погоджується з коментарями або не може виконати остаточну версію протягом 2 тижнів,
він/вона повинен зв’язатися з виконавчим редактором, який відповідає за координацію .
• Контактний автор несе відповідальність за те, щоб усі його співавтори перевірили остаточну версію та
підписали останню сторінку, а також свою згоду на публікацію . Копію підписаної останньої сторінки слід
повернути у вигляд сканованої або фотокопії електронною поштою .
•Автори зберігають авторські та видавничі права без обмежень із підтвердженням початкової публікації
в журналі .
