Netrocerocora quadrangula was found first in Europe and Chersotis alpestris — in the Ukraine. In the Crimea the Agrotinae of the Mediterranean-Asian and the European-Asian zoo-geographic groups are predominant. 1968 Article К изучению фауны совок Крыма. II.
