Ph. rhodospizae sp. n.- similar to Ph. smogorzewskyi, differs from it in head shape and structure, female clypeal and genital plates, and in chetotaxy of abdominal tergopleural plates and genital clasp margin in female. Host: Desert finch. Type-locality: Turkmen SSR.
