EDITORIAL
EDITORIAL
With this issue, the Ukrainian Journal of Physics completes to publish the Proceedings of the
International Bogolyubov Kiev Conference “Modern Problems of Theoretical and Mathematical
Physics” (Kiev, September 15–18, 2009).
The Conference gathered about 200 participants from Ukraine, Austria, Georgia, France, Israel,
Moldova, and Russia. The program of the Conference included the following topics: mathematical
methods of theoretical physics, quantum field theory, statistical physics, kinetic theory, nuclear
physics, and solid-state theory. More than 50 invited talks on these subjects were presented.
The first and second parts of the Conference Proceedings were published in the 8- and 9-th issues
of the Ukrainian Journal of Physics in 2009 and in 1-st issue of the Ukrainian Journal of Physics
in 2010. This issue includes a new portion of papers presented as invited talks at the Conference.
The papers were reviewed in the regular manner.
