the structure of relations between factions and groups in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
of the fourth convocation. The relation is generated by the deputies’ transitions from
one faction or group to another during the whole period of parliament work. Analyzing
some characteristics of such a network (centrality, structural gaps etc.) the authors
draw some conclusions about the structuring of political elite in Ukraine and about
applicability of the structural approach and network analysis methods for the study of
modern Ukrainian elites. |
