I. A class of information technologies, oriented at natural language processing is investigated. Such systems, generally, model the human speech activity, and their information core consists of a lingual processor and knowledge data, working for each other. Perspectives for this class of information technologies are analyzed from the viewpoint of the formal model of language offered by the author. Рассматривается класс информационных технологий обработки естественно-языковой информации. В общем случае подобные системы моделируют речевое поведение человека, и их информационное ядро должно представляться совокупностью лингвистического процессора и базы знаний, работающих друг на друга. С позиций предложенной автором формальной модели языка анализируются перспективы информационных технологий указанного класса. Розглядається клас інформаційних технологій опрацювання природно-мовної інформації. У загальному випадку подібні системи моделюють мовну поведінку людини, і їх інформаційне ядро повинне спиратися на лінгвістичний процесор та базу знань, що працюватимуть одне на одне. З позицій запропонованої автором формальної моделі мови аналізуються перспективи інформаційних технологій вказаного класу.
