The paper shows a method for obtaining cardinal expert estimates should be chosen, which, in the opinion of the decision-making person, corresponds, best of all, the current situation. The choice is based on the application of the experimentally obtained estimates on several criteria of the expert estimation, and determined by indices, defined by decision-making person, of relative significance of these estimates with respect to the specific situation. The choice is done in two stages. At the first stage the Pareto-optimal set of the methods is determined, at the second stage the generalized cardinal estimates of relative efficiency of the methods from the set in question are calculated. В статье показано, каким образом рекомендуется выбирать метод получения кардинальных экспертных оценок, который по мнению лица, принимающего решение, лучше всего отвечает текущей ситуации. Выбор базируется на использовании полученных экспериментальным путем оценок по нескольким критериям методов экспертного оценивания и определенных лицом, принимающим решение, показателей относительного веса этих оценок для конкретной ситуации. Выбор осуществляется в два этапа. На первом — определяется Парето-оптимальное подмножество методов, на втором — вычисляются обобщенные кардинальные оценки относительной эффективности методов из этого подмножества. Подаються рекомендації щодо вибору методу одержання кардинальних експертних оцінок, який би на думку особи, що приймає рішення, найкраще відповідав поточній ситуації. Вибір грунтується на використанні оцінок, отриманих експериментальним шляхом за декількома критеріями методів експертного оцінювання та визначених особою, що приймає рішення, показників відносної вагомості цих оцінок для конкретної ситуації. Вибір здійснюється у два етапи. На першому — визначається Парето-оптимальна підмножина методів, на другому — обчислюються узагальнені кардинальні оцінки відносної ефективності методів із цієї підмножини.
