System research and information technologies| Zusammenfassung: | A system approach to the analysis of PCM-DM- systems is considered on the example of pulse code modulation, delta modulation, full-differential coding. PCM analysis is carried out on the example of system approach in the sphere of digital communication and telemetry. These systems are based on submission of continuous messages in the form of full-differential counting and have the following system principles: consecutive coding; overlapping; development; tracking; polysemy; discord detection; regeneration; robustness; uncertainty. The considered principles are a methodical basis of creation processes (and/or systems) with quickly growing old information (management by processes, management by time, management by cost). The correct system principles have the ability of adaptation to systems of any hierarchical level and any subject domain, i.e. such principles are viable and universal. |
