Summary:As a result of complex geologic-geophysical investigations data analysis in the territory of the Dnieper-Donets paleorift (DDP) along DSS-profiles stretched across this structure, four possible seismogenic zones were distinguished. By preliminary data the junction region of DDP with the Ukrainian Shield and the Voronezh massif, the central part of paleorift (DSS-profile Piryatin - Talalaevka) and the junction region of DDP with folded Donbass are the most seismically active.
