Summary:The paper proposes a technique for the construction of a non-stationary Volterra quadratic polynomial that approximates a nonlinear dynamic system in the case of a scalar input. The technique is based on the consideration of necessary conditions for solving the Volterra integral equations of the first kind. The presented calculation results illustrate an improvement in the accuracy of modeling due to better consideration of data on the system outputs to the test inputs.
