Резюме:In the paper we theoretically consider the dynamics of the inner field and the spatial-temporal features of periodical photoinduced light scattering in photo-ferroelectrics caused by stationary laser illumination. Not only the longitudinal but also the transverse photovoltaic current and the diffusion mechanism of carrier transfer are taken into account. It has been shown that, under the definite relation between the material parameters, among all possible scenarios of transverse instabilities the boundary circle will be realized in the system. Due to this phenomenon the periodical photoinduced light scattering appears. So the great attention has been paid to the description of the optical autowaves generation in pseudo-ilmenites. All the main theoretical results are in a good agreement with the available experimental data on periodical photoinduced light scattering in LiNbO₃:Fe.
