Аналізуються характерні особливості казуального тлумачення, дається поняття та визначаються його види. Також приділено увагу особливостям процесу казуального тлумачення та про понуються основні засоби поліпшення його якості. В статье рассматриваются актуальные для современной юридической практики вопросы казуального толкования, его аксиологический аспект. Анализируются характерные особенности казуального толкования, даётся понятия и определяются виды. Также уделяется внимание особенностям процесса казуального толкования, предлагаются основные способы улучшения его качества. The article deals with relevant to modern legal practice issues of casual interpretation, its axiological aspect. It analyzes the characteristics of casual interpretation, a definition of this concept. It is emphasized that the feature of casual interpretation is that it applies only to specific persons to whom it is considered certain, has specific circumstances and should not be extended to other similar cases, such as statutory interpretation. Attention is paid to the kinds of casual interpretation: that judicial interpretation of the Court of Law, in connection with the particular case, which finds its consolidation in the judgment or sentence of a particular case; and administrative — bodies (ministries, state committees, other central bodies of executive power) when they give an official response to requests from subordinate agencies on the interpretation and application of certain provisions of the regulations in the case. It was given highlights of the complexity and importance of the process of casual interpretation, which is aimed at protecting the fundamental rights of legal values of human being. The attention was paid to interpretation of the content of legislative acts of Ukraine. On the contrary, by this interpretation should be kept their real content. Interpretative activity eliminates the possibility of violating the Constitution and other laws, regulations, deviation from their content. When the interpreter goes beyond the law, he interprets, that is changing or breaking the law.We offer basic tools to improve the quality of casual interpretation: decide on the sequence of application of various methods of interpretation, improving communication of legal education to legal practice, to increase the activity of judges in applying the principles of appropriateness, validity, fairness and other legal principles. 2012 Article Казуальне тлумачення норми права: аксіологічний аспект / О.М.
