ЕФЕКТ РЕВЕРСНОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ЗАБАРВЛЕННЯ МЕТИЛЕНОВОГО СИНЬОГО ТА МОЖЛИВОСТІ ЙОГО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЗАДЛЯ ОЦІНКИ ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНОГО СТАНУ БАКТЕРІАЛЬНИХ УГРУПОВАНЬ
The effect of increase of optical density of methylene blue at contact of samples with oxygen of air after anaerobic expositions, was used by us for researches dehydrogenase activity . The opportunity of its application for an estimation of functional activity of mycrobial populations is considered.
