The appearance of miniature and at the same time rather powerful electric coolers of different type at the market opens a prospect for development of a wide spectrum of nuclear physical equipment based on HPGe detectors using those electric coolers. The paper presents the review of electric coolers applicable for HPGe detectors cooling, analysis of their advantages and disadvantages to solve specific tasks on developing gamma spectrometric equipment for various applications. The examples of spectrometric devices based on HPGe detectors with electric cooling and their specifications are presented. Поява на ринку малогабаритних і, водночас, досить потужних електроохолоджувачів різного типу відкриває перспективу розробки широкого спектра ядерно-фізичної апаратури на основі ОЧГ-детекторів із застосуванням таких електроохолоджувачів. У статті наведено огляд електроохолоджувачів, придатних для охолодження ОЧГ-детекторів, аналіз їх переваг і недоліків для вирішення конкретних завдань зі створення гамма-спектрометричної апаратури для різних застосувань. Представлено приклади реалізації спектрометричної апаратури на основі ОЧГ-детекторів з електроохолоджуванням та її характеристики.
