Twenty species and forms can be recommended for use in ornamental gardening owing to long blossom period in summer, sufficient draught resistance and unpretentious ness to soils. Викладено результати десятирічних біоекологічних та ритмологічних досліджень 26 видів, форм і гібридів роду Spiraea. Невибагливість до ґрунтових умов, тривалий період квітування влітку, достатня посухостійкість 20 видів і форм дозволяють рекомендувати їх для широкого впровадження у декоративне садівництво. Найцікавіші низькорослі види S. × bumalda ‘Goldflame’, S. japonica ‘Little Princess’, S. × pumilionum. M.M.
