It is shown that theabsence of total correlation between fluctuations of the macroimagebrightness in different wavelengths observed in microlensingcan be explained not only by the wavelength dependence ofa quasar dimension but also by properties of the galaxy mediumwhere the quasar radiation is propagating. To distinguish betweenthe effects of the galaxy medium and parameters of the sourcequasar, the dedicated quasi-synchronous observations of a gravitationallylensed quasar at two telescopes of different diametersshould be carried out. Such observations in different spectral rangeswill provide the estimation of statistical properties of thegalaxy medium, which are determined by the density and distributionof masses in the lensing galaxy, as well as determination of thewavelength dependence of the quasar size. Рассмотрено распространение света квазара через галактику с учетом гравитационной фокусировки лучей на компактных массах, расположенных в объеме галактики. Показано, что наблюдаемое при микролинзировании отсутствие полной корреляции флуктуаций яркости компонент квазара на разнесенных длинах волн может быть объяснено не только зависимостью размера квазара от длины волны, но и свойствами среды галактики, через которую проходит свет квазара. Чтобы разделить влияние среды и параметров источника излучения требуется организовать специальные, практически синхронные, наблюдения гравитационно-линзированного квазара на двух телескопах разного диаметра. Такие наблюдения на разнесенных длинах волн позволят получить оценку статистических свойств среды распространения света, которые определяются плотностью и распределением масс в галактике, и установить зависимость характерного размера квазара от длины волны.
