Based on the scientific analysis, basic functions of controlling are systematized as a classifier of basic managerial functions. У статті розглянуто та визначено місце контролінгу в системі управління підприємством як центральної підсистеми. Окреслено функції, завдання, сфери застосування та об’єкти контролінгу. Наведено класифікацію, яка визначає роль контролінгу в діяльності підприємства. На підставі наукового аналізу систематизовано основні функції контролінгу у вигляді класифікатора основних функцій менеджменту. В статье рассмотрено и определено место контроллинга в системе управления предприятием как центральной подсистемы. Определены функции, задачи, сферы применения и объекты контроллинга. Приведена классификация, которая определяет роль контроллинга в деятельности предприятия.
