NQR investigation of crystal structure peculiarities of layered Pbₓ₋₁Cdₓl₂ semiconductors
The ¹²⁷l NQR spectra of semiconductor mixed crystals Pbₓ₋₁Cdₓl₂ at 77 K have been investigated.
