Математична модель двохзатворного польового транзистора в режимі прямого зміщення на затворах
The mathematical model of two breech-block field transistor is grounded in the mode of direct displacement on breech-blocks as an indefinite matrix of conductivity of 4th orders. Analytical dependences of parameters of this model are got on the parameters of semiconductor structure.
